Ben Hornedo has been an IT professional for over 18 years. He is currently founder/CEO/CTO of Uptown4.com, developing unique solutions for clients using the latest web and mobile technologies. Prior to Uptown4.com Ben was a Senior Developer at Covansys, Inc. (previously Complete Business Solutions, Inc.) in New York City where he developed large scale CRM (Customer Relationship Management) solutions for high profile clients such as the New York Stock Exchange. Ben received his MCSE Certification (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) 1999 and also received his MCP+I certification (Microsoft Certified Professional specializing in Internet technology) in 1999. For several years Ben served as System/Network Adminstrator for several large corporations such as Mastercard International and Time-Warners RoadRunner group. Besides solid technical knowledge and experience Ben also served as a technology educator and communicator working with children and adults at The Family Academy in Harlem, New York and the Annenberg Network's Center for Educational Innovation, also in New York City. Some of Ben's key qualities are his ability to provide innovative solutions to technology problems using his experience in several areas, excellent communication skills and love of new technology and it's uses.
